The Lugo based company Cafés Candelas renew their brand image in a quest to modernize the organisation and to adapt their brand to current trends, this way aiming to look for new international markets. Such renewal takes place for Cafés Candelas 40th birthday as a long-standing company, committed to coffee roasting and its marketing in the domestic and international market. The new image is being progressively applied to the whole brand in general from the different lines of specific products to sub-brands owned by the company, such as Selectum or Supra, among others.
Coffee has remained the main element of the new brand image and the key symbol summarising who the company is, does, represents, and how was created. Cafés Candelas roast and sell coffee, and this is symbolized by the fire and the coffee bean, key elements in this new image. Brown and orange colours have also stayed in the logo for being distinguishing elements throughout the company's history. Warmth, friendliness and contemporaneity are the key concepts of a renewed brand that aims to convey to its clients and customers the dedication of forty years in the coffee industry, as well as their new goals for a future full of challenges and projects.
New Online Shop
As part of this global project for the company renewal, Cafés Candelas have launched their new online store in the Internet: an improved environment, more visually-engaging and more accessible, that facilitates online shopping for clients.
Online users can now find a Homepage where they can access directly the different categories of products: coffee, capsules, teas, Fair Trade coffee, exotic varieties, the Barista zone and other products. In addition, relevance will be given to featured articles in special offers. Quality, promptness and customer service are the keys to this new e-commerce. The new online store also has a Club, a reserved space for the brand consumers, where members enjoy exclusive offers, discounts and direct information on the brand products. The goal is to reward the loyalty of clients and to create a company image closer to the consumer.
