Cafés Candelas participates in the 30th Salón de Gourmets, from 4 to 7 April in Madrid. Candela will reveal its offer at this fair for professionals in the food sector; while at the same time seek to establish new business contacts for the company.
Cafés Candelas will have a 48 square metre stand in Hall 8 of IFEMA (stand 8F10). The stand is the centre of all the activity and in which Candelas will display its range of products and services to visitors and be there to greet its customers.
Free product tastings will be offered at the Candelas stand every day, during general opening times (from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.). Our baristas will prepare exclusive coffees, espressos, cappuccinos and coffee cocktails, as well as other products of the brand, such as teas, infusions and chocolates.
Espresso coffees prepared by our baristas, with a meticulous technique and using the best blends.
Candela's baristas will show the techniques of latte art every day, with which they will create coffee cocktails full of flavour and providing creativity in cup.
Ebo tastings will be offered daily, the range of cold drinks from Candelas. A unique opportunity to enjoy a complete range that includes coffee formulas, ice creams and iced teas. Different combinations and flavours, ideal as an alternative to hot coffees and infusions.
The Salón de Gourmets will be the stage to officially present the new packaging and crockery of the Sublime blend, designed by David Delfín. A sublime coffee, prepared with the best selection of Arabica coffee beans.
The Italian roast brings the gourmet character to Sublime, ideal to make the perfect espresso, while the image of the fashion designer provides it with a unique and unforgettable personality.
The presentation will take place on Tuesday 5 April at the Café Candelas’ stand.
Candelas will carry out special tastings with coffees made using filters in the Salón de Gourmets Tasting Room. Those attending, who must have an invitation to access the room, will be able to get to know about the methods of preparing coffee with special coffee makers, like Chemex, filter, AeroPress or drip, and taste the coffees.
These coffee preparation methods are a growing trend among baristas and lovers of good coffee.
The tasting will take place on Wednesday 6 April from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. in the fair’s tasting room.
