fecha noticia 12/3/14

Managers of Cafés Candelas today visited the occupational carpentry workshop of Aspnais (Lugo Parents Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities), where they were greeted by Aspnais' President, José Reigosa García, and the Secretary of the Board of Directors, María del Carmen González Lagarón. The wooden boxes of the tea and infusions  line, Tea of Life, are made in this occupational workshop.

On the occasion of the commemoration of  International Day for Disabled People, some Managers of Cafés Candelas shared a day with Aspnais workers and users, in order to get to know in detail the process involving the manufacture of boxes and to exchange experiences about this job. Besides Tea of Life boxes, Aspnais carry out other works commissioned by Candelas, such as the packaging and wrapping of consignments of products aimed at food chains.

During the visit, the participants had breakfast with the coffee and other products donated by Cafés Candelas.
