The world of coffee and its culinary applications were the stars of Compostela Gastronómica with the support of Cafés Candelas.
The cooking showroom located at Santiago City Market hosted the: "Coffee: the seed of the new cuisine" workshop, given by the Head of Training of Cafés Candelas, José Manuel Portela, who attracted the attention of the public with a theoretical-practical paper about the world of coffee and its presence in the new cuisine.
